Does Dreame Z1 work in salt water?

It is suitable for use in saltwater pools. We design our products with the presence of salt and chlorine in the water in mind. We use highly corrosion-resistant materials and processes to ensure the durability of our products.
Our products can be safely used in brines with concentrations up to 5,000 PPM and chlorine levels up to 4ppm. It is recommended to clean once after each cycle, other chemical levels to be checked: chlorine (if chlorine is used) : Maximum 4ppm pH: 7.0-7.8PPM

How to choose a pool cleaning mode?

You can switch between different pool cleaning modes through the APP, or set the pool cleaning mode by directly pressing the button on the Dreame Z1
1: Global mode: clean the pool floor first, then the walls and waterline.
2: Pool Floor Mode: cleans the pool floor once.
3: Pool Wall Mode: cleans the pool walls once.
4: Waterline mode: clean the pool waterline once.

How should the robot be cleaned and maintained after daily use?

It is recommended that after each cleaning task is completed, clean the garbage basket, check the front and right sensors for foreign bodies and clean them, and check whether there are foreign bodies in the rolling brush and slurry cover and clean them.

Why are there water stains in the new machine?

Since each machine needs to go through strict testing before leaving the factory, including underwater testing, etc., there will be a small amount of residual water stains, which is normal, please rest assured.

What is the exchange policy?

(1) For products purchased on our website, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, with a valid original proof of purchase, receipt or invoice or the date of shipment (if the date of shipment is later than the date of purchase), if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you may contact our after-sales service team and request a replacement service. Great Customer Service

I purchased the Z1 Robotic Pool Cleaner. When it arrived I was excited to use it, but after 3 uses, it encountered the dreaded internal sensor error. Dreame customer service was contact and they were great with resolving the issue. They did not hesitate to send me a replacement unit. They ensured that the new unit sent would be flawless and advised that they did have a certain amount of production that had a faulty internal sensor. With their honesty and swift resolution,
I would definitely continue to but products from Dreame. Truly a solid company. I also own the X50 vacuum and that robot is just flawless and pretty cool. I hope they develop a robot lawn mower. We will see. But rest assured Dreame products are top notch!

So far so good. The unit is working properly. It worked for just about two hours which was nice and I’ve had no real issues. The customer service was excellent and they stand behind their product. They really do. They made me return the first one before they sent the second one, but once they received it, the new one was in process and then shipped. Excellent customer service.

I bought the vacuum cleaner for Romania.

I forgot to specify in the order that the transformer should be for 220V 50Hz, in the USA it is probably 110v 60Hz. It would help me if you could find a solution for the charger. Or in the future you may also sell on the European continent. Regarding feedback, it has not yet arrived in Romania. It will arrive at the beginning of August, and then I will be able to give you details about its operation. If it is still possible. All the best.

Awesome pool robot!

Learning curve for operating was minimal. I have an above ground salt water pool with vinyl liner and no issues. Robot does a great job. Love that it’s wireless, easy to clean. Highly recommend!

Does what it says it does

I had the Apair Pool cleaner first it worked great till I found out they catch fire sadly I sent it back. Then I heard the Beat Bot was the best I also found out they were very expensive but I needed a pool cleaner that works so I purchased the Beat Bot aqua sense 2 that was a waste of time all that did was stay down the deep end and go in circles I called the company. They told me that it was made for a square pool so I sent that one back.. Then I seen Dreame my first thought a new company on the market do I want to take that chance till I found out they’ve been doing Home vacuums for a while so I took a chance and I’m glad I did and I purchased the Dreame Z1Pro you talk about a game changer and Plus I saved a couple hundred dollars over the Beat Bot. But let me tell you this Z1 Pro cleans very welll I was shocked how good it cleaned the Pool. Just place it in the Pool and go sit down it and relax it does everything.
The first thing it does it maps out the whole entirePool first then cleans the entire pool. Only small problem I’ve seen the remote doesn’t work well in the Sunlight and they do tell you that in the directions. But it does work well in the evening.
But if you have an odd shaped , Pool. Like I do I have a Lazy-L this pool cleaner is for you and you won’t be sorry!!

My Pool Has Never Been Cleaner!

After struggling with manual vacuuming for years, this robot is a game-changer! It handles our kidney-shaped pool with a deep end perfectly, climbing walls and scrubbing the waterline like a pro. The first clean took 3 hours (our pool's big), but now it maintains it in about 90 minutes. Only wish the app showed real-time battery percentage instead of just 'low/medium/full' - but that's me being picky. Worth every cent!

As a pool service tech, I'm picky. This little beast handles residential pools better than units twice the price. Crushes leaves, handles pebbles, and the dual brushes prevent tangles. Pro tip: Rinse the filters after each use and it'll last forever. Only downside? My clients keep asking where to buy one!
