Q1: How can I share my referral link?

Enter your email address in the referral form at the top of the page. Once submitted, you will receive a unique referral link. Share this link with your friends or family. They must use this referral link to visit Dreame’s US store and make a purchase. Once their order is completed without any refunds, both you and your friend will receive a 10% discount.

Q2: Through which channels can I share my referral link?

You can share your referral link on almost any social media platform, including (but not limited to) Twitter, Facebook, and more. You may share it publicly or privately, and also through text messages, emails, etc.

Q3: Can I share my referral link with anyone?

Yes, you can share your referral link with anyone. However, we do not recommend sending your referral link to strangers, as this may cause misunderstandings or unwanted attention.

Q4: When will I receive my referral reward?

You will receive your reward once your friend completes a purchase using your referral link and does not request a refund within 30 days of the purchase.

Q5: Under what circumstances will I not receive my reward, or my reward will be canceled?

• Self-referral: Referrers may not refer themselves. This includes using the same email address, IP address, or browser session as the referred party.
• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral system, including creating fake accounts, making fraudulent purchases, or using bots or automated scripts to generate referrals.
• False representations: Misleading or providing false information about the referral program, such as exaggerating the program's benefits or terms.
• Inappropriate content: Sharing referral links with inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
• Violation of terms and conditions: Any behavior that violates Dreame’s terms, privacy policy, or these referral program terms.
